Content sourced from third-party platforms, such as Canva, is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms, and Chasing Excellence LLC holds the necessary licenses or permissions for their use on the websites mentioned above. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the above mentioned websites without the express written permission of Chasing Excellence LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from the mentioned websites may result in legal action by Chasing Excellence LLC to enforce its intellectual property rights.

7. Payment & Cancellation

All prices for products and services are clearly displayed on the website. Chasing Excellence LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time but will honor the prices listed at the time of your purchase. All transactions are processed in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method is in a different currency.

We accept payments through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information, and you authorize Chasing Excellence LLC to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. In the event that your payment is not processed successfully, we may contact you to update your payment details.

If you subscribe to any recurring services, you authorize Chasing Excellence LLC to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the specified intervals. You can manage your subscription preferences through your account settings.

Your purchase includes a one user license. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. 8. Refund Policy

8.1. Refund Policy Sleep Consultant Business Starter

We have confidence in the effectiveness of the Sleep Consultant Business Starter, proven by numerous successful pediatric sleep consultants. We believe the program works, but only if you are dedicated to the process.

Nevertheless, Chasing Excellence LLC offers a 14-day refund under the following conditions:

a. You must contact us by email at hello@sleepconsultantdesign within the first fourteen (14) days from the date you purchased the Sleep Consultant Business Starter.

b. Chasing Excellence LLC is not able to offer refunds after you've accesed any lessons beyond Module 1 of the Sleep Consultant Business Starter.

Please conduct any and all necessary research to determine if the Sleep Consultant Business Starter is right for you prior to purchasing. After the 14-day period or accessing modules beyond Module 1, all purchases are final, and you are fully responsible for the program fees, whether or not you complete the program. If you opted for a payment plan, all payments must be made.

In the event a refund is granted, you acknowledge forfeiting access to the Sleep Consultant Business Starter, and reimbursement can be expected within thirty (30) days after cancellation using the original payment method - minus 50 USD payment provider fee.

9. Sleep Consultant 10K Challenge Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Sleep Consultant 10K Challenge (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding participation, eligibility for the prize, and program requirements:

A. Program Overview:

The Sleep Consultant 10K Challenge is a 12-week program that helps you work through Levels 1-3 of the Sleep Consultant Playbook. Throughout the program, you will receive personalized support via weekly group coaching calls, where you can ask questions and receive feedback.

B. Program Requirements:

• Complete All Lessons: Finish the content of Levels 1-3 of the Sleep Consultant Playbook within 12 weeks.
• Submit Weekly Progress Updates: Provide a weekly update by Friday, including your progress, financial status, and any challenges you've faced.
• Join Group Coaching Call (or Watch Replays): You must attend and actively engage in the weekly group coaching calls, or at least watch the replays of the group coaching calls each week to ensure you don't miss any critical content or feedback.

C. Prize Eligibility:

10. Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

A. Commission Structure:

Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% for each sale generated through their unique affiliate link.

The commission applies to the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, and any additional fees.

B. Payment Terms:

Commissions will be paid out after a 30-day waiting period from the date of the referred sale. Payments will be processed on a monthly basis. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details (such as PayPal email or bank account information) for timely commission payments. Minimum payout of $100 USD applies, and commissions below the threshold will be rolled over to the next payment cycle.

C. Expectations

Affiliates are expected to promote my products/services in a truthful and ethical manner. Use of misleading or deceptive marketing practices is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to marketing and advertising. Chasing Excellence LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if any violations or breaches of these terms are identified.

D. Tracking and Reporting:

Sales generated through affiliate links will be tracked using the Systeme.io affiliate tracking system.

Affiliates will have access to a personalized dashboard for real-time tracking of their sales, commissions, and performance metrics.
