Chasing Excellence, LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below. By making a purchase on our website or through any other sales channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy, including the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes.


1. Digital Products (Templates, Courses, and Programs)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access is granted or the product is downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted. Please ensure you review all product information and system requirements before making a purchase.​ If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchased materials, please contact us at hello@sleepconsultantdesign.com, and we will provide assistance to resolve the issue promptly.


2. Services and 1:1 Consultations

Due to the time and expertise involved in delivering our services, all payments for consulting services, branding services, website creation, funnel setup, and other related services are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled 1:1 consultation, you may reschedule within 48 hours' notice. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiting the session without a refund.


3. Refunds for Misrepresentation or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or there was fraudulent activity related to your purchase, please contact hello@sleepconsultantdesign.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


4. Disruptive Behavior & Removal from Programs

If your actions negatively impact other participants or disrupt the learning environment, we reserve the right to remove you from a course, program, or community without a refund. This includes inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.


5. Technical Issues and Access

If you experience difficulties accessing your digital purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. However, failure to access materials due to personal technical issues (e.g., outdated software, device incompatibility) does not qualify for a refund.


6. Governing Law

This refund policy and any disputes relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By making a purchase, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in Sheridan, Wyoming, for any legal action related to this policy.


7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.


8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chasing Excellence, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products or services.
